Steve Williamson is Managing Director for all of the Central region’s Retail efforts including retail project leasing, tenant representation, site selection, development and investment sales. He also oversees the identification and acquisition of retail development sites, marketing and lease negotiations for big-box retail, and dispositions of raw land and improved properties. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Prior to joining Transwestern in 1997, Steve was President of his own retail brokerage firm for 13 years, most recently known as Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate, Inc., with sales and lease transactions totaling in excess of $700 million. Steve also previously served at the Henry S. Miller Company as Senior Vice President, member of the Chairman’s Council, and Director of the HSM Land Division, which accounted for over $300 million in land sale transactions. In 2007, Steve personally sold over $100 million of land for new retail development in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Steve has been in the retail development and brokerage business in Dallas for over 35 years representing clients such as Wal-Mart, Kroger, Safeway, Tandy Corporation, Office Depot, Best Buy, Kohl’s, Texaco, Public Storage, Brinker International, and Landry’s Seafood.
